About Us

Eagledancer was founded in 2007 by Ron and Charla Hatch. As a foster child himself, Ron had a desire to create a foster care agency that would allow children to receive the care and nurture that a family provides. Ron attributes his success as an adult to the parents that fostered him as a teenager. Through their nurturing and guidance Ron was able graduate high school, play sports, and find hope for the future. At Eagledancer we want every child to have childhood experiences, feel loved, and find hope.

Our Commitment to Care

At Eagledancer, we believe that building a sense of love, acceptance, and family relationships is crucial for the well-being of the children in our care. To achieve this, our foster parents receive specialized training and ongoing support through our agency. Our goal is for all youth in our program to make lifelong connections with the families and adults in their life, ensuring they have a strong support system during their time with us and beyond.

In addition to offering nurturing foster homes, our agency provides comprehensive support services that cater to the unique needs of our clients. From 24-hour crisis support and in-office therapy to tutoring services, educational support, and cultural classes, we empower our youth to thrive emotionally, academically, and culturally. Our focus on independent living skills and recreational opportunities ensures that older youth transition confidently into adulthood, equipped with the skills and connections necessary for a successful future.

At Eagledancer Youth & Family Services, we take great pride in our mission to empower the lives of our foster youth and their families. With our specialized training, unwavering support, and dedication to creating lifelong connections, we are committed to providing a nurturing and loving environment where each individual can thrive and build meaningful relationships during their time with us and beyond.
